My name is Daniella and I love to bake the most delicious sourdough loaves every day. Everything at the stand is small-batch, handmade, and made with high-quality organic ingredients β the way your grandma's neighbor used to bake, with time and care and a whole lot of love.
My sourdough starter is named Crustina. She's very active, very bubbly, and very much the star of the show. I even sell her "babies" β little starters you can take home so you can bake your own sourdough whenever you want.
